Dr. Basey’s Departure
Dear Parents,
Thank you for your trust and confidence in allowing me to care for your children for the past 24 years. It has been a privilege for me, so it is with mixed emotions that I announce that effective March 25, 2022, I will no longer be practicing at ABCD Pediatrics.
You can continue to receive excellent healthcare from any one of my colleagues at the New Braunfels office, including Jade Jurak, MD and Henry Salinas, CPNP.
ABCD Pediatrics will remain as the custodian of your medical records, and your records can only be released or transferred with your permission. If needed, an Authorization to Release or Disclose Form is available at any of our offices, or on our website under downloadable forms. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the office at (830) 214-6708.
