The wait times are minimal, and the entire office runs efficiently without ever feeling rushed. The front office staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and the nursing team is genuinely one of the kindest I’ve encountered. Every interaction feels warm and supportive. We’ve had GREAT experiences with every provider here, but Dr. Bernardy is truly OUTSTANDING. She takes the time to carefully listen to every concern and ensures that nothing is overlooked. Her knowledge and thoroughness are evident, and she approaches each visit with compassion and patience. My children absolutely adore her, and it’s clear she truly cares about her patients and their families. I leave every appointment having all my questions answered and feeling confident that my children are in good hands. I can’t recommend this office highly enough—five stars all the way.

I've been taking my kids here since 2011. The vast majority of my experiences have been 100% positive from start to finish. The doctors, nurses, and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I like less as of the last few years: they seem to have outsourced their phone lines and sometimes that can turn a simple question into a fifteen minute phone call. I always recommend NBPA to local parents looking for a pediatrician.
