Alternatively, you can call the office where you are typically seen directly: Office Locations or call 833-767-5437 to request an appointment. If you are not yet an established patient, you will need to complete the registration process first.
Due to high call volumes during peak times, your call will be answered in the order it was received. Please note that wait times may be longer, particularly during the first hour of each day and the first two hours on Mondays.
Starting January 1, 2026, ABCD Pediatrics will implement a $50 no-show fee for appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
This helps us provide better access to care for all our patients. Thank you for understanding and helping us serve our families better!
Information Needed to Schedule an Appointment:
- Whether your child has been seen here before
- Your child’s full name and date of birth
- Reason for the visit
- Preferred provider
- Updated insurance information
Before you hang up, please confirm the following details:
- The date and time of the scheduled appointment
- The provider you are scheduled to see
- The location of your appointment
Scheduling Well Visits:
We recommend scheduling well check-ups, growth and development visits, and physicals about 4-6 weeks in advance. Please let us know your preferred provider and if you have any preferences for appointment days or times. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Scheduling Sick Visits:
Sick visits can be scheduled by calling us directly or by requesting an appointment here: Appointment Request Form. We will do our best to accommodate you with a same-day appointment if appropriate.

We also offer virtual care visits through Kidz Doc Now-24/7 on-demand pediatric telemedicine for issues such as:
- Digestive Issues
- Cold / Congestion / Flu
- Newborn Concerns / Breastfeeding Issues

Saturday Morning Appointments:
Saturday morning appointments are available at our Stone Oak location from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please call or request an appointment using the Appointment Request Form.
