Monica joined ABCD Pediatrics in September 2016 with 20 years of medical practice experience in the orthopaedic and vascular surgery specialties here in San Antonio. Her experience is in the areas of operations and office management, human resources and credentialing. Monica is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), Texas Medical Group Management Association (TxMGMA), San Antonio Medical Group Management Association (SAMGMA) where she also served on its board. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management. Her focus on the Administration team is on recruitment and retention of staff that are committed to providing the best care to our patients.

Shameka Moore


Shameka joined ABCD Pediatrics in February 2018. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management specializing in Accounting from the University of Maryland University College. Shameka has over 15 years of Accounting and Managerial experience working in the Private, Public, and Non-Public sectors combined. She brings years of experience of Finance and Accounting in Healthcare, Payroll Administration and Revenue Cycle Administration. She’s currently an active member of MGMA (Medical Group Management Association), TX MGMA (Texas Medical Group Management Association) and SAMGMA (San Antonio Medical Group Management Association). Shameka oversees Finance and Accounting at the practice where her primary focus is organizing and maintaining accounting systems along with assisting to ensure that billing and collections efforts of the practice are performed appropriately and efficiently, and recorded properly in the books of the practice. She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland.

Beth joined ABCD Pediatrics in February 2004 and was the Billing Manager from 2005-2010. Beth returned to ABCD in February 2013 as the Schertz/New Braunfels Front Office Supervisor. In addition to her front office knowledge, she has over 20 years of medical billing experience in a variety of specialties. Beth and her front office team will focus on excellent customer service while becoming an outstanding resource for patient care.

Victoria Waltemath

Administrative Coordinator

Victoria is the former ABCD Pediatrics Practice Adminstrator. Victoria grew up in New Orleans, and attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and Georgia State University in Atlanta. She was Director of Operations for Classic Properties, a real estate development, construction, sales, leasing and management organization operating in New Orleans and Atlanta until the real estate bust in the late 1980’s. Upon her relocation to San Antonio, she was the executive assistant to the CEO of Builders Square and then Diagnostic Clinic of San Antonio prior to joining ABCD Pediatrics in March 2000. Victoria is still part of the ABCD Pediatrics management team in a part time capacity as she balances part time retirement.

Rubely Enriquez

Revenue Cycle Manager

Rubely is a San Antonio native with over 35 years working in healthcare and 25 years serving in a revenue cycle management role in both hospital and clinic revenue cycle management.  She truly enjoys training, coaching, guiding and team building. She has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University and follows a service leadership management style. She is a certified professional coder with a license in certified risk coding as well. Her goal at ABCD Pediatrics is to support the organization’s excellent patient experience even after the patient has left the clinic.

ABCD Pediatrics is following the guidelines of the AAP and CDC which now recommends COVID vaccination for ages 5 and older as of 11/2/21. We currently do not have the vaccine in stock.

We are waiting for the State of Texas to distribute to our offices and expect it in the weeks to come.  We will update our website/Facebook pages when the product is available. In the meantime, we encourage getting the vaccine if available at local vaccination centers and pharmacies.

 The dose is 1/3 of the adult dose, given with a smaller needle, 21 days apart.
