Free Virtual Class: Infant and Child CPR/ First Aid

This free online class equips parents with the knowledge to recognize and care for a variety of first-aid emergencies. Learn infant and child CPR, choking rescue, and childhood safety basics. Expecting and new parents will benefit from this class by knowing what to do in an emergency.
The class includes:
Basic instruction on how to perform infant and child CPR
Automated External Defibrillator (AED) defibrillator instruction
Q&A session. This class does not provide CPR certification
Optional in-person certification information will be provided at the end of the class. Instruction is provided by a Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. Once you sign up for this virtual class, a link to attend will be sent to you via email.
Free Virtual Class: Breastfeeding

This free class will teach you the benefits of breastfeeding and will guide you through your breastfeeding journey.
The class includes:
- benefits of breastfeeding
- how to recognize when your baby is getting enough milk
- pumping and bottle-feeding your breastfed baby
- when to call your baby’s doctor – commonly asked questions and much more
